Henryk Sozanski, a track-and field coach, is now a professor and a president of AWF (University School of Physical Education) in Warsaw, Poland. He wrote Explosive Power and Jumping Ability for All Sports together with Tadeusz Starzynski.
Tadeusz Starzynski was an outstanding coach, and a world authority on training for jumps. Athletes coached by him have won two Olympic gold medals, two gold medals at European Championships, and several times won national championships and set national records. Together with Henryk Sozanski he wrote Explosive Power and Jumping Ability for All Sports.
Valeriy I. Usakov is the head of the Department of Physical Culture and Health at Krasnoyarsk Pedagogical University in Krasnoyarsk. He is a member of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Educational Ministry of Russia, the chief of the Scientific and Methodologic Center, and the president of the Sport Science Association in the Krasnoyarsk region.
