We are sending to you this information because you have subscribed to Stadion Publishing Company's e-mail list.

Yesterday, in response to my mailing on Race and Flexibility, Kevin Ault has sent me this e-mail:

Answer: Wow!
(The photo is displayed at http://www.stadion.com/photos.html.)
Advice:

1. I wouldn't do suspended splits on rolling chairs--they can roll
too far...

2. I'd avoid people who tell you such discouraging nonsense like
this rubbish about black people and splits. Even though you know
this is stupid drivel, it still drains your energy--and who needs
to associate with energy-draining morons?

Next an e-mail in response to my recent mailing:

> thanks for your email Tom
>
> what you say makes perfect sense.
>
> i had a quick look at some of the images of people doing splits on your
> site, maybe i've missed some but all the photos i've seen are at least 10
> years old, are there also more recent pictures on your site that i've just

> did you say have some people do full splits in 2 months?
>
> many thanks
> Eugene

Answer: Yes, I said so--because it is so. See testimonials that
came with photos. They are at http://www.stadion.com/photos.html.

About the recent pictures: I think the reason we do not have many
recent photos is that we stopped asking for them. You see, in our
old ads we asked people to send their photos after they learned my
stretching method, but since a few years we don't. Maybe we should
ask for those photos again? ... Just to keep reminding various
"stretching experts" that they know less about stretching than
people who follow my method. After all, most of those "experts"
can't do such splits, but my customers can.

Best regards,

Thomas Kurz
