First, a question and answer on stretching:

Answer: Yes, you should follow the program for the side split,
including the stretch at the bottom of page 82 of Stretching
Scientifically
.
There is more to increasing your flexibility for
the lotus position, and it is covered in detail in the chapter
Questions and Answers on Stretching, on pages 174 and 175. This
chapter is made of typical questions on stretching readers of this
book asked since its first edition in 1985 until this last edition
in 2003. I do not recall someone asking me a question on
flexibility training that is not answered in this chapter already.

Second, the problem with my book, which I told you about in the
previous mailing (of February 28th).

As you all see, from the above question, the problem with my book
Stretching Scientifically is still not solved: To get information
from the book you have to read it. The darned book won't read
itself to you.... Tough.

Best regards,

Thomas Kurz
